1-2-1 plans
Payment schedule
We offer direct debit payments to our customers and these payment options come out on the 1st or the 15th day of each month. If you sign up to Multiply Music halfway through one month, you will be asked to pay directly into the Multiply Music Group’s bank account for the remaining lesson in said month before your 1st direct debit transaction commences.
Cancellations (Have to give 1-month notice)
Here at Multiply Music Group we would be very sad to see you go and would wish your return as soon as possible! However, if you wish to cancel lessons with us, we require a 1-month notice period. Refunds will not be given unless Multiply Music Group is unable to continuously teach your child on a regular basis.
In this cancellation period, final payments are dealt with by Multiply Music. We ask that customers don’t cancel their direct debit their end as this commonly results in incorrect final payments.
Failure to pay for services
If a payment has bounced or not been collected, you will be notified to request payment. If payment is not taken within a timely manner, classes will be cancelled until payment has been made.
Multiply Music Group yearly tuition
Here at Multiply Music Group we teach year-round, so don’t worry as you can keep drumming all year! The only time we don’t teach is from Christmas to New year. These dates are as follows.
23rd December – 5th of January.
Therefore, lessons will continue as normal from the 6th of January.
If you cancel a Music Group class (& Notice Requirement)
Here at Multiply Music Group we are all about flexibility so of course we can reschedule your class for you as know that family life if busy. Just note that this class will not be refunded, but simply rescheduled to a date / time which is convenient for you.
Useful Note
Please note that as all families only pay for 4x classes per month instead of increasing pricing month by month due to regular longer month periods. Therefore, all families on average can miss 4x classes per year due to 5 week month’s and still not be owed any sessions if missed.
We want to help parents as much as possible. Therefore, we offer a very flexible time allowance. To be able to reschedule a class that you can’t attend, parents need to give Multiply Music at least 2 hours’ notice. If we are not informed of your absence or told that you can’t attend your class under this 2-hour window, unfortunately we can’t reschedule your class due to short notice and this session will not be refunded.
To reschedule: Click here
All reschedules are made possible, but must be used by the end of the calendar year. Otherwise, any outstanding sessions are forfeited.
If Multiply Music Group cancels a lesson
Here at Multiply Music Group it’s incredibly rare that we’d need to cancel a class for any reason. However, if Multiply Music does cancel a class for any reason (including staff holiday’s, staffing issues), alternative dates / times will be made available to you so that you don’t miss out. Cancellations will only be given by Multiply Music is this notice is under a 2-hour window and the reschedule dates given are not suitable.

Changing lessons times
We are all about convenience so of course we are open to rearranging lesson times to suit your diary. However, please bear in mind our services are in high demand, so we may not be able to arrange another time slot or keep with the same teacher. Therefore, please give our staff as much notice as possible to reduce the likely hood of disappointment!
Christmas Holiday’s and Pay
As we are shut over the Christmas and New Year’s period (2 weeks), all lessons which are missed will eat up the free classes gained through the year of longer month windows.
If you have exceeded this window and are owed sessions when we are shut, refunds are explored due to Multiply Music being closed.
